Milo!

We finally decided on a name for our fish!!! It was really hard. We loved all of your suggestions from the last post and we were trying to decide between all of them when I randomly looked over at him for a minute the other night, and then I told Jon "I think we should name him Milo." Jon agreed that it was a good name so Milo it is. Random, I know. But it's sticking. We decided that the reason he is lazy and doesn't move is because he's bored because there is usually no one ever home and when there is, we don't walk around him a whole lot. So we started moving the fish bowl into whatever room we move into during the day, and we have found that he is a lot more lively. It's hard to get a good picture of him, but this is a pretty good representation of what he looks like up close.

We are thinking about getting him a friend so he isn't so lonely when we are at work during the day. And since Betta fish fight, we would put it in a bowl right next to him so they could glare at each other all day. Ha ha ha. If we did that, we would probably use one of your name suggestions for the new fish, so keep those suggestions coming!!! :)

In other news, my dad was on the news! He's so awesome. KSL came down to Provo and interviewed him about the old Provo Tabernacle and the work he is doing there before they build the new Provo temple. He is super humble about it, but we are so proud if all the hard work he does!!! Check it out the video by going to the following page:

  1. I like the glaring fish idea. You should name the other one "Fish" or "Cool" or something like that, that way you can say "Milo isn't Fish." or "Milo isn't Cool." *sigh* My brain works funny. At least I think I'm hilarious. . .
I love that picture of Milo, though! Way pretty.
