Disneyland 2013

Disneyland has always held a special place in my heart. My Mom is from Los Angeles, where my Grandparents still live, which gave us a perfect excuse to go to Disneyland and visit California and all of our relatives once every few years growing up. I love Disneyland because when I am there, I feel like a kid again. My siblings and I have had long discussions on this topic and they all feel the same way. It feels like things are as magical and special as they were when we were just little kids, and it always makes me want to cry because I feel so happy! Jon has only been to Disneyland a couple times, but now that we are married he is going to get to go a lot more because I couldn't live without going to Disneyland once every few years! Back in December, my whole family decided it was time to go again. So we planned the date for late April, early May, and everyone adjusted their schedules to come. Only one person, my brother-in-law, Chance, wasn't able to make it. We drove to California on Monday, spent Tuesday and Wednesday in Disneyland and California Adventure, and drove back on Thursday. Since our family has grown so much, most of us stayed at a hotel close to Disneyland so we didn't overcrowd my Grandma's house. Okay, now for the good stuff: Pictures!!!

This is how we keep all 3 nephews entertained while waiting in line for the rides!

So happy to be in the happiest place on earth!

Teacup Fun! I had to go in a different teacup than Jon. He likes spinning too much!

Jon on the Tower of Terror. No one else wanted to go on that ride. I was pretty sad that the girl in front of Jon covered his face.

The Ferris Wheel at California Adventure

Jon and I in on the Ferris Wheel at California Adventure. The poor old ladies who sat with us didn't know how to take a picture with a smart phone, so you have a nice view of her finger right next to my head
The most delicious thing to eat in the whole park-cream cheese pretzels!  We were hooked on these!
Jon reading his Disney Trivia Book that he bought on the ride home
The most beautiful Sunset EVER that we got to see while driving home
No really, it was AMAZING.

Seriously though. It was perfect.

BEST VACATION EVER!!!

We took SOOO many pictures, it was hard to narrow it down (I might just have to share more later)!

Now that we are home and going back to work, it is so hard to get back in the swing of things after having spent so much time being kids again. We can't wait until we get to go back next time!
