Talbot Reunion Part 2: Disneyland

Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday of our trip we spent at Disneyland. The first day, Crew did pretty well for the morning, but by the time the afternoon came, he was done! I took him to the baby center where it was nice and quiet and secluded to nurse him and give him a nap, but he would not have it and screamed so hard and so loud it was embarrassing and disrupting all of the other babies. I finally had to take him back to the vacation home. Jon and I took turns running back and forth between the vacation home and the parks to try and make the most out of our tickets for the rest of the trip. On Thursday, Crew had a cold so we didn't even bother bringing him to the parks that day. But on Friday, we brought him back for a couple of hours in the afternoon.

His Tigger outfit was a big hit! Everyone stopped and pointed everywhere we went.
Crew's first ride-Dumbo!
Clearly he was not amused.

Winnie the Pooh Ride
I'm really suprised by how well Crew did on the rides that he did go on. He didn't complain or get scared at all! He just got tired of waiting in the lines and wanted his schedule and his naps back!

My dad, myself, and Bridger on Splash Mountain. My family was so great at meeting up with either Jon or I (whoever wasn't at the house with the baby) to make sure we had friends to go on rides with.
This turkey leg was HUGE! Jon and I split it for dinner!

Bridger, Brigham, Me, Nate, and Jasmine on the cars ride
Jon and Travis on California Screamin. There is no way I would go on that ride so I'm glad Jon found a buddy who loves roller coasters as much as he does!
Our little Mickey Mouse
This is a most unflattering picture of me and what looks like 5 additional chins, but Crew looks cute so I will swallow my pride and post this anyway.

Obviously Crew was too young to enjoy himself this time, but we are really looking forward to when he is older and we get to go again! I can't wait for him to have as much fun as I did (and still do) at Disneyland!

On Saturday we drove home. Crew did much better and took a couple longer naps. Oh, and he loooooves the Mickey Mouse plush that we got him.
