When Jon and I decided to go on a diet and start eating better, we also decided to start making menus for each week. As far as the diet went, we changed up our breakfast and lunches quite a bit, but we wanted dinner to be something to look forward to! So we added several delicious items to the menu, and tada!
Our Sunday dinners tend to be bigger/nicer, but we still have scrumptious meals the rest of the week as well. We always enjoy dinner time. It is our special family time when we get to see one another after work and catch up again while we enjoy yummy food!

Ah, yes. Taco Salad. Wish I could afford Doritos. :(
