This year Jon and I weren't able to go on the annual Fish Lake trip with the Baxter family because of work and other obligations. Fortunately, we got to spend time at Lagoon with them instead! We went up on what started out as a bright and sunny Saturday morning and boy did we have a blast!

| Right after Rattlesnake Rapids. We were soaked! Everyone kept saying I looked completely dry but it was just the clothes I was wearing. Trust me. I was soaked. |

Okay, now this was the best part of the day. Scott, Michelle, Matt, Jon and I all waited in line for the Log Flume Ride for FOREVER. It was the longest line we had to wait in the entire time we were there. Anyway, we decided it would be a good idea for us to all try and fit into the same log. We asked the worker at the front of the line if we could, and she said that as long as we all fit, we could go for it. Somehow we all managed to fit. Don't ask me how. From the beginning we knew that our log was super heavy. I mean, there were 5 adults in a log that should probably only fit 3!

Some people in the line snickered at us and how squished and silly we all looked in that little log, but we were just glad to all be together instead of sitting with some random strangers. We also knew that our splash at the bottom would be bigger than usual, but we didn't realize just how big it would be! When we started climbing up that hill, I thought the chains might break and we would fall backwards! Luckily it held, and we came down the other side of the hill, creating the biggest tidal wave that had probably ever been created in the history of that ride! We were laughing so hard! We knew we had caused a scene! Jon's mom took these picture right after the big splash:

| Right after the splash. You can still see water spilling over the side. Ha ha-oops. |
 |
| Still laughing at ourselves. |
When we got out, the people still waiting in line were cheering and clapping and telling us how much water went splashing everywhere. We definitely got everyone's attention!

Not too long after that, it started to rain and there was thunder and lightening so we ended up going home since we were all wet and tired. We went back to the Baxter's house in Riverton and ate pizza and snuggled and got warm and dry by the fireplace. I definitely think we need to go again next summer!
Way to work the water rides! Such fun. :)
